Terms and Conditions of Delivery
As a leading manufacturer of Medical Furniture and Hospital furniture in Turkey we guarantee you a safety package for our products. All products will be fully covered with our packing style.
We are aware of the importance of product packaging in transportation and we have employees who only undertake production packaging.
The incoterm that we use is EXWORKS. It is safety that we goal first for our products while transportation. All of our products can be shipped by land, sea and airway without a problem.
We are using additional supportive materials on packing on all of our hospital and medical furniture such as Hospital Beds, Patient Beds, Patient Transfer Beds, stretchers and on all of our medical furniture and hospital furniture made in Turkey.
Because of the fact that we are a manufacturer, we do not deal with the logistics. Our customers organize the transportation of their order. We sell ExWorks Factory. The duration of production depends on the total volume, models, technical details as well as the production schedule of other orders in our factory.
The manufacturing process starts “after” we have received the advance payment. We inform the customer after the order is ready for the shipment. The customer sends the remaining payment and collects the products.
